still **bleep** boadband speeds....superhub, ha thats a laugh.
wireless 4mbps down 4 up
wired 16mbps down 4 up
signal keeps dropping
shocking broadband service
tried 3 diff. laptops to check all the same
and im not phoning bangla'bloody'desh to get someone who cant understand english.
so ill wait on a reply from here to arrange a tech visit to have one last go at sorting it
or its cancel subscription and back to sky

Hi Paulmccrae,
I've checked the connection and everything appears to be within limits with local RF levels and also area utilisation. As a result, I believe it may be the Super Hub itself which may be the problem.
Can you confirm if you have tried a pinhole reset? If not, just hold in the reset button on the side opposite to the three lights for 30 seconds until the lights go blue simultaneously and then release the button and let it reboot.
Let us know how you get on. If you continue to experience problems can you please post with the information requested by Mike in the previous post.
