I think the PO7 Cosham Service station has been fix, i have had good internet for two days now, 50meg low ping low jitter but no ones phoned or emailed . Hope it stays like it.

VM engineer playing around in the green box outside my house and up the road now its all gone slow, what's going on please investigate and put right.

The engineer may have been doing some general maintenance. I have checked the network segment to which your equipment is connected and there does not appear to have been any problems over the last three days.
If you are still experiencing difficulties then please post detailing them, including the information described here and a traceroute to bbc.co.uk, and we'll look into them for you.

VM Help for god sake read my post and reply its dated 20/04/12 how long does it take. I check every day and nothing, my Internet speed is still up and down but the ping is good and its not stable underload playing games More VM engineers have been up and down my road playing around in the green cab and have probably moved my link up or down the tree making my signal change. If you look at the Green graph it shows a unstable connection. P.S even my Tivo box is suffering from a bad connection when on the Net.
