Hi EvilApoclypse,
I am really sorry that you are experiencing a poor connection.
Fault reference F001820971 requires a Cat C resegmentation.
This can be a lengthy process, as it often requires planning permissions from the local authority to dig up roads or public pathways.
In the meantime, you can stabilise your connection further by connecting to the Superhub whilst in modem mode.

thanks for the reply Jen_A.
i don't really see how this going to stabilise my connection but ill give it a try.
do we have a date for completion yet and has planning permission been granted by walthamstow council yet ?

i dont think they are gonna do anything in this area till the double speed roll out. so we are stuck with this pants connection till then it would seem.
average packet loss 26%
average latency 85.ms
average jitter 67ms
cant even hold a connection to a pc MMO with the above stats. constant server disconnections. how did virgin let their service get this bad in this area before doing anything about it.

When I mentioned the doubling of speed I was taking the p155 ![]()
Mine will rocket up to at least 5-10mb if doubled ![]()

VM need to stabilize connections not just double them. no good haveing a 100mb connection if its dropping packets of data.
dogfood you said you was having this problem from october ? was you given a reference for this then ? i think i may had problems from then just didnt report it till december. VM said this fault started around dec 4th 2011
