i'm having problems with my connection. The router can't syncronize, so i was checking the website (via phone) to know any known fault but seems like it has only been reported a phone one.

I've tried to perform the online test and says:
Please check your equipment
It looks like your equipment is either switched off or not connected properly.
The equipment is connected and swtiched on and i also tried to reset it but no luck, still flashing.
Anyone have any idea? Or a similar problem?
