No broadband. Due to phone fault?

Hello,

i'm having problems with my connection. The router can't syncronize, so i was checking the website (via phone) to know any known fault but seems like it has only been reported a phone one.

Can it be the cause to my broadband disruption as well even if the website doesn't seem to recognize it?

I've tried to perform the online test and says:

 

Please check your equipment

It looks like your equipment is either switched off or not connected properly.

 

The equipment is connected and swtiched on and i also tried to reset it but no luck, still flashing.

 

Anyone have any idea? Or a similar problem?

Phone problem seems solved, but still no broadband connection.
