Network Access Denied (Solihull B90)

Hi,

My internet's been down for about three days, my status screen is showing Network Access: Denied.

I phoned Virgin and they said there was a local issue, but can the whole area really be down for three days?

Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I'm not sure if I've been fobbed off.

Thanks.

Siobhan.

Hi

I've got this exact same issue now - I'm in the WA7 region. The status for my region says broadband is fine but clearly it isn't!!

Help! :smileyhappy:

Re: Network Access Denied (Solihull B90)

Hi All,

If you are still experiencing difficulties then please post a new thread detailing them, including the information described here and a traceroute to bbc.co.uk, and we'll look into them for you.

Piggy-backing onto an existing thread makes it more difficult for us to assist you initially, and to keep track of any developments. Individual threads reduce the chances of a post 'slipping through the net'.

Kind Regards,
