My super hub wont stop rebooting randomly

this is really getting annoying for me as i play alot of online gaming......... my super hub randomly reboots itself 10-15 times a day.... i loose my connection on all my stuff.... computer and xbox so i look at my hub and all the lights are blue....then it resets and re connects.... its pretty much brand new so whats going on.... this service is awful

I will have to say Im noticing this a lot too, to me it appears to be something in the exchange is overheating. My internet drops out, so does the On Demand TV service, then it will come back a  few minutes and drop out again. Its taken me 2 hours just to get here. due to the dropouts. And happened 1-2 weeks ago too like this.

This seems to only occur on the hottest days around here, when its cooler nothing is wrong at all.
Im in Lambeth London (whether thats the same as you)
