Low speeds

For 3 weeks now i have had speeds of between 2 and 15mb on my 50mb package. Somene looked into this when they changed my power levels 2 weeks ago (the levels were causing disconnects since install but fixed now). Anyway he said it was a network issue and a ticket had been raised, it took me 3 hours to get this ticket number today but still no answers as to what the issue is or when it will be resolved.

If i have to listen to rocketman one more time im gonna go insane...........

The ticket number is 14394752. I live in the portsmouth area. Please can someone help me clear this up

Re: Low speeds

I too am in Portsmouth and have had this issue for the same amount of time. I have also noticed that my downloads are corrupt. Look at MD5 hashes and see if yours are. I am expecting my 2nd engineer to come out later today. Will update.

Re: Low speeds

Hi ROGUE-GHO5T

The Principle Technician in your area is currently investigating the issue, I have sent him an email asking for an update.  Once received we will reply back to let you know what is happening.
