Internet up and down, slow and fast for over a week [ Edited ]

Hello

My internet has been going crazy the last week disconnecting all the time at random times, and when it is up, its eaither working at full speed or i get under 2mb down and its just insanely slow, when this sort of stuff usualy happens i just wait it out untill its fixed but this time its just carrying on. It crashed 10 mins ago from writing this and i turned it off at the modem and back on, then i did all the tests you say to do so here they are.
