HI
was on the 50 meg its been on and off for a few days then off made the call to CS no help second call no help third call they put me on 10 meg as it was working fine so i was told and on monday i would go back on 50 when the problem was fixed
so waited for about 90mins then i was back on at 10meg for about 40mins then off
now i am on via a network 3 mobile dongle
and i have a bad feeling that when monday comes they will mess up my tv pack as they have done in the past my billing will be out of synk and a bit of a mess and all for nothing
bad CS and rong info given on a few calls even got to talk about my acoung with out giveing my password at all hmm
so for now am on my slow 3 mobile BB as my fast VM CM is stop ![]()

Hi update on my post
on the 20th i rang and got my none working 10 meg to go back to my none working 50 so that was fine i new even when it when back to the 50 it mite not have been fixed but today i got 10meg so rang and was told they could not put me back on the 50 till monday so i rang back and then again then i got some one that got what i was on about they put me back on 50 its working to a point 40ish meg but i am now back on the service when i was told that was not going to happen till monday
so now i am back on at (50) meg but with a speed issue but i will give this a bit of time and see if it gets better later today
to me this shows that you you need to keep trying with the cs if the first person does not look like they know what they are doing ring back and try again
