Forgot superhub login credentials

Hi,

 

I have forgotton my login details (yes i changed the default password and username) can i get it resent to me by email or somthing?

Nope VM will not know what thay are. You will have to reset the Superhub to defaults using the pin hole reset button on the back of the superhub.

To reset it hold the pin hole reset button in for 30 seconds and this will reset all the superhub settings to the defaults.

Once thats done the username will be admin and the password will be changeme you can then go into the Superhub and set it back up.

hello i got similar problem 

i am sure that i never changed login or password

(but if from some reasons i dont remeber that i did it)

i still have problem to login 

i press reset pin for 45sec

and i still got

Username and Password not recognised. Please try again.

 

any ideas??!!

Other then the Reset pin method there is no other way to reset the superhub to defaults without logging into it.

A call to the Tech support line and thay may be able to do it for you. (Indian call center agent love to default reset the SH) Thay did it to mine once without my permission for a fault that a full rest would not have helped.

As AMWSmith has mentioned it would be best if you call us if this has not resolved your issue.  Either on 151 from a Virgin landline or 0845 454 1111.
