Why are there so many uncorectable codewrds, Is upstream power level ok at 51

lookd ok there 300 uncorrectable is the modem starting up.

Is anything going wrong with your service?

If the upstream power is unstable (like rising to/above 55 dBmv) then I imagine you do have problems.

On the uncorrectables, if they're not rising, then as AP says, it's just the early boot stages when the modem can't make head to tail out of what's hitting it.

BTW, your modem sees all the traffic out of your street box and after initialisation, only filters in packets addressed to you. Those packets should never show uncorrectable errors. And as far as we can see, they don't in your case.

My service is and always has been great, It was the uncorectable codewords I was concerned about not knowing what they were, I do now.
