Hi me again witha nother tech page
for the people experiancing problems with the VMNG300 (50mb) Modem please look though this
first open up internet explorer
then type http://192.168.100.1
then you will see this screen
then click downstream
highlight everything then copy and paste to here
then click upstream
same again copy and paste
then click operational configuration
same again copy and paste
then please do the following
then go to start > Run > (or by pressing and "R") and type CMD
once the black screen has appreared type: Ping www.google.co.uk
that will bring up results like this:
then type: Tracert www.google.co.uk
that will show this screen
and then after that type: Pathping www.google.co.uk
you should then be shown a screen like this:
after you have all the information you need you will have 3 sets of results to show us to make it easier to help you all like the picture below
after you have done that and got all the results then you need to click the top left hand corner the black box with c:\
then click EDIT > Select all
click the black box again and click EDIT > Copy
and then come back on here and then paste it
