My modem keeps losing connection to the internet randomly. It will be fine for a few days and then randomly will drop for random periods of time, at random intervals.
Yesterday around 2pm it dropped for around 30 secs, came back for a few mins, dropped again for 30 secs and this repeated for over an hour and then the connection was fine.
Today the connection drops around 3.45pm, comes back 5 minutes later, goes back down 5 mins later and has been down for 30 mins now and is still down. Ive tried rebooting the modem and router, no good! I ran the system check on my connection as sometimes it reassigns me a new IP and that fixes the problem however it says "There is a problem that cannot be repaired automatically, please contact your ISP"
My job is heavily dependent on a RELIABLE!!!!! internet connection and my current connection seems to be anything but reliable. Any help would be appreciated.
