Bristol network upgrade planned for 25th October= fail. Im leaving

Yet again VM have failed to do anything about the problems in Bristol. I've been told today that the planned work for the 25th has been missed and there is no future planned dates to fix it. I have been told that they do want to fix it, they just dont know when.  4 months of watiing is just too long for me. I'm leaving.
