Area 15:Intermittent connection. Anyone else?

Hi. For weeks I have been getting no broadband connection at random days, or time during those days, and then there are days where I get connection and it seems to be working ok. I'm wondering if any other fellow area 15 customers have been getting the same.

What happens for me is that I will have a seemingly good connection, then the windows network assistant will report no internet connection. If the internet connection is up I can surf as usual. If I start gaming I hit random intervals of severe lag or lose connection to gaming servers/games for windows live. That usually signals the end of the internet session.

One of two things will happen after the internet connection is lost. The first involves me resetting the super hub to find it connect to the internet or not. The second involves me waiting a few minutes to find that the super hub is able to reconnect to the internet (blue light at the top comes on) or not (blue at at the top remains blinking green).

Looking at the routers config page I have been seeing the network access appearing as "Denied." Sometimes it is with a WAN IP address, other times not. I often switch to a portable hotspot when the shenanigans start only to connect back to the super hub, hours later, to find the internet connection up or still down.

I spoke to tech support last friday. I was informed of an issue effecting the area and that is was being looked into. Internet was then working again on the weekend till yesterday. I spoke to tech again who confirmed a fault effecting the area and that it was still being investigated.

Anyone else experiencing this?
