Right i spoke to someone eles yesterday, BB been up and down all day. 0845 454 1111. Sounded like an desk in the UK :smileysurprised
I have been told that when your BB router/modem leaves the house it goes to another router at the exchange, service complex whatever. which is STMS1. He also noted a Signal Noise Ratio fluctuation. The router seemed to be where the problem is. They hope to have a fix next week, 8th 9th, supposibley.
But i was also advised that because i am changing to 100mb i will probably go off to a different router which may cure the problem. Lets hope so!

Well nearly a week into use of 100mb and even though i am paying alot of money i still dont have a stable connection 24/7. Has been up and down several times over the last week, finally contacted Virgin yesterday and spoke to a very knowledgeable woman who informed me that a technical team are looking in to the problem. Everyone on the same cable as me has the dissconnects. I am SL1 5LF. I have a ticket number F001661331, if anyone from Virgin is reading to be able to post an update.
Woman on the phone yesterday advised she estimated 12th July, going to give it till then before calling again and saying something else......paying for a service i am not receiving.
As this now relates to 100mb will create a new subject and post link on this one this evening if you wants updates on my progress.
