Hi NaapjasuN,

I have just checked the network segment to which your modem is connected. I can see that there have recently been problems with low SNR but that these have now been corrected.

I have just checked the network segment to which your superhub is connected. I haven't seen any problems over the last few days. If you are still having difficulties please ping and tracert to bbc.co.uk and post the command output in a new thread.
