Hi, I've recently become a virgin customer. And the day of install, I was getting 40meg DL and 12 meg upload. Perfect.! Ever since the first day, I get poor to very poor connections. Usually around 15-20meg download and 1-2 upload. today, I'm getting speeds like the ones below...
