50mb - Getting no where near it. Ever.

Hi, I've recently become a virgin customer. And the day of install, I was getting 40meg DL and 12 meg upload. Perfect.! Ever since the first day, I get poor to very poor connections. Usually around 15-20meg download and 1-2 upload. today, I'm getting speeds like the ones below...

Hey iv'e been getting the same... Seems virgin have been reducing speeds for about a month now. ever since 100Mb came out... how suprising that is

Sorry we have not responded sooner, the reason for this is the order in which we reply to posts is based on the date/time of the last post within the thread. Each subsequent post within this thread essentially put the thread to the back of the queue.

 

I have taken a look at your connection on our network and I am unable to find any fault that would cause this issue.
