Just watched VM on watchdog - wish watchdog had read all these complaints prior to their broadcast, maybe our issues would have been sorted out!

I have spoken to VM several times. They know it’s a problem with their network. They have clearly over sold the product and they can’t cope with demand. My internet is so bad during the normal high usage periods (evenings and weekends) that I can’t even run anything like speedtest.net anymore. They really need to make an announcement, but I think they know that to do that would not help them. They have admitted to me that they have breached contract and Im free to leave if I want to. I’m going to wait until 2 Nov and then I will have to find another ISP. India will say you have high utilisation and to try again in a couple of hours. The UK will tell you various things depending on who you talk to. They can’t do anything. I would advise complaining through the complaints area on the contact us section on the main website. You'll just be another statistic, but that’s all you can do.

I've been away all weekend but came yesterdaay and my internet appeared to be working fine.. I'll keep an eye on it over the coming week. I'll be amazed if it doesn't drop at least once...
