Patience is one thing, but the promise of 60mb broad band in July which I was advised would be the case when I nearly cancelled a few months back is one of the main reasons I stayed with virgin. Now I'm tied in for another year, and not getti g the service i was led to believe I would get. For my area, it is saying possibly may 2013, which is a possible delay of nearly a year. What I also don't understand is, when an engineer came out a few weeks back to sort out yet another issue, I asked about the upgrade and he told me that the area is ready, an engineer just needs to come and effectively flick a switch. I would like to know what has happened this week to cause such delays please.
