since my superhub was updated to the latest firmware as shown here
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/20477/Pictures/router3.pn
it has dropped connections a number of times in the past couple of days and 'reset' itself twice today alone. speaking to cust support this morning after the first reset i was told it won't happen again, yet 9 hours later it has. i'm having to push a pin onto the reset button on the superhub so i can re-enter the default passphrase shown on the unit so i can get back into the superhub gui and start over.
this morning after the first reset i changed the default passphrase back to what i had originally pre-reset and then re-connected all my wifi devices that had been lost due to the reset. i'm now facing doing all that again for a second time today ![]()
what is going on?
superhub? super-problems ![]()

Hi alphabetagaga,
I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue with your equipment. I've checked the network and your local connection and currently everything appears functioning well.
I can see that since this post you've contacted us and a replacement has been dispatched, please let us know how you get on once this has arrived.

so had my replacement delivered yesterday. reboots still occur. i have
windows 7 laptop
blackberry bold 9900
xbox 360
wdtv live streaming player
roberts radio
pure radio
all connect over wifi to the superhub. if i take the bold 9900 out of the equation, the reboots stop. the replacement superhub rebooted 3 times yesterday whilst wifi was enabled on the 9900.
what now? i had virgin broadband installed this time last year in my previous property. not sure what equipment make/model virgin supplied me with then (def wasn't a superhub), but i had the 9900 (with wifi enabled) and did not get a single reboot.

Hi alphabetagaga,
There are a few issues I can see between the Blackberry and Superhub resetting itself, connecting on the forums, under the wireless section.
I am sorry the SuperHub is the only equipment we provide. You could try modem mode only and attach you own personal router.
