[ Edited ]

Windows 7 and this pc is connected wired. We usually have both wireless and wired PC's connected, but i turned off the wireless and disconnected all the other PC's to see if that increased the speeds on the main PC but still slow.

Re: slow internet

Hi martin1

1440kbps on a download test is around 12meg speeds. This is a drop off but it shouldnt cause any noticable difference in using the internet. I have checked your connection and can see no issue network side that would cause a slowdown in speeds. Could you possibly remove your router and test again please?

Chris Kean
