Re: problems with overcrowding in the cm20 area

Hi mushers,

Sorry your still experiencing problems, there was a period of fairly high downstream utilisation at the time of your post, however these instances are generally fairly short lived and noticeable only during the evening.

Can you please confirm when these slow speed issues are occurring? Some speedtest results from different times of the day would be useful in confirming if it is this utilisation that is the source of your connection issues.

Kind Regards,

Re: problems with overcrowding in the cm20 area

Hi mushers,

The fault reference for the over-utilisation on your connection is F001973851.

The Cat C resegmentation work is scheduled for completion by the end of the first week in June.

Just bump this post closer to the fix date so that we can provide more updates for you if required.

Kind Regards,

Jen_A

Re: problems with overcrowding in the cm20 area

Hi mushers,

I've checked the fault reference previously quotes and can see that we're in fact still waiting on the Cat C resegmentation work. As such the fix date for the fault has been move back and now stands at 04/07/2012 (although this is subject to change).

Sorry for the inconvenience caused throughout this time, please feel free to post again for further updates.

Kind Regards,

Lindsey P
