From what others have posted elsewhere, untick OBSS and greenfield mode.
Don't know whether that will enable you to use 300Mbps though - try it.

OBSS is not a good idea...it works 300Mbps. but get problems..
but when i start my computer on again it can't connect.so i have to restart the super hub again to connect.

depends what you are on 30Mb, 60Mb, 100Mb broadband.
some will get it next week
try restarting your superhub...to check you have to go in the modem setting...and click enter.
go on google and see how to go in superhub setting
then go superhub setting then it should show you sofware version...R36 this is the firmware

It is being rolled out automatically, according to your tier. This message was posted on the 12th by Mark Wilkin:
"Starting tommorrow morning customers on our M20, M+, 100 and XXL 100 tiers will be able to update to the new firmware by rebooting their Super Hub. This will be followed by updates the following week for XL, XXL, L30 and XL60 customers and the week after that for L and 30Mb customers. You can check which tier you're on by logging into my.virginmedia.com"

Hi possibly silly question coming up.
Have cycled power on superhub and gone into settings page and under software version it's - V5.5.2R30. Does this mean I have the R30 firmware and if so does anyone know why I am not at a more current version?

Which package are you on?
If you have 60mbps you will be updated any time this week.
I am on 60Mbps package and still havn't got the firmware update yet, should be anytime this week.
