lost username and password for hub

My son changed the username and password for the hub and can't remember them. How do we reset them?

Super hub - On the side opposite to where the lights are there is a reset button which you need to press pin into.

Normal hub - On the back where the label is with all the wireless password information is a red dot with reset written which you need to press a pin or something into for about 30 seconds.

After doing the above depending what hub you have the default login username will be admin and password changeme

The default wireless information (ssid, password) will be what is written on the bottom

and while your waiting for the hub to reset poke him in the eye and tell him to remember it next time

He got poked in both eyes

Plus he got both eyes poked.

same prob . pressed the reset button 2 times but got no sucess .

The default username is admin and the default password is changeme.

Could you please confirm if you have tried the above details?

If you use the pin hole reset button please ensure you keep it pressed in for about 10 - 20 seconds then try the default details above.
