Have lost internet connection on and off over the past 3 days, top light on superhub is flashing green instead of blue, have tried resetting several times but no joy and nothing shows on service faults page.

same problem here, started going up and down last night, and again tonight. Oddly, tonight our phone keeps ringing as well, only once, on the odd occasion have managed to answer it, and either hear static or someone in the background, makes me thing an engineer is faffing around at the exchange and doesn't have a clue what he is doing.

Still no connection and really fed up with this - I need to provide out of hours IT support as part of my job and having to rely on as 3g dongle at the moment.

I too have the same problem, connection is going off quite frequently....yesterday it went off for almost 4 times
