hi ive spoke to somebody about the issue and its sorted now. one thing i forgot to mention was traffic management. i know the limit for 30Mb through the day is 10GB and 5GB on evening beforemy speed would be reduced for a set amount of hours, anyway.. will i receive a higher amount of data for 60Mb? cheers

Thanks for letting us know, glad to see your problem has sorted.
If you have recently had your speed increased as part of our speed doubling program then your traffic management allowances will also have been increased. Full details of the new management policy will be published in April. More information can be found here.
