rang virgin about 2weeks ago the problem was i cant accsess my iplayer with my email and my password ? told them 2wk ago rang them again yesterday 8th june now there telling me they cant fix it for anothere 5 to 9 days ? i was on the phone for over a hour being shifted from pillar to post ! surely they should be able to fix it in a matter of min with the switch of a button !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()

thanks for getting in touch with me , yes i have still got the problem ? rang them again on the 30th june they said they were still working on it and guess ? yes you guessed it it will take anothere week are so ,the lady i spoke to was very helpfull but it does not solve my problem , so i will keep checking and looking .hope you can help me cos i think i am getting nowhere ![]()
