invalid backend and now invalid argument

cant get my email via windows mail - dialogue box asks me to verify my login details - never had to do this before - will not accept details and stateted error message as 'invalid backend' and now it states 'invalid argument' having to crash my computer to get the message off! why?

Hi guinnesstony,

Its very unlikely that our mail servers are causing a fault on your mail client to the extent that have to hard reset your PC/laptop.
Could you please post back with the full error message.
