busted news server in the pool again

Hi,

I'm trying to download a binary from the news servers and keep getting "no such article" errors at random points through the download. Restarting the download will find the file for a bit again.

Once it finds the problem all remaining downloads in the queue come up as no such article. Irrespective of which group they are in so this is not article or group specific.

I am currently able to download headers but have not yet had a look at them to see if the list is complete or not ( it will take at least another hour to grab them all).

I am using powergrab ( which doesn't give header information ) and the telnet gives this result;

200 Welcome to Virgin Media (newsfe13.ams2)

This started around 3 am this morning.

Please tell highwinds they have a problem with propagation on at least one of the servers in their load balancing group.

Hi All,

 Highwinds advise they were aware and the fault should now be resolved. Would you please retest.

Regards.
