arghh broadband or dial-up Im not too sure

Glad Im not the only one who has this problem looking at other posts. I've not been able to connect to the internet in any meaningful way for at least a week now. Trying to call technical services is useless as it either hangs up or no one answers. Think I'll go back to BT when the contract is up in a month or so, the service is appalling. Rant over.
