Who can I phone about my refund?

I while back I cancelled my virgin media service and was promised a refund of over £100.

 

The refund was promised as a cheque in the mail near the last quarter of January. As of this message it's now the 4th of February and I recieved no word from Virgin Media.

the number you need is 0845 454 11 11 (local rate from BT Line. Others may charge more. Mobile charge a lot more.)
