Hey guys I noticed that a new Traffic Management regime is going to come into force soon:
The most notable improvement for me is the upload speed being increased to 2MB on the XL service and the upload speed being increased to 5MB on the XXL service.
My question is does anyone know when we are likely to see this new Traffic Management Scheme in effect? I am in the watford (WD/01923) area and my cable modem is still showing:
Network Access : Allowed Maximum Downstream Data Rate : 20480000 Maximum Upstream Data Rate : 768000 Maximum Upstream Channel Burst : 3044 Maximum Number of CPEs : 1 Modem Capability : Concatenation Enabled, Fragametation Enabled, PHS Enabled
which I assume means I havent got the new faster upload speed yet........

it will only be more caps and trafic mangment on the new uploads so not much point in the updates, they will take it away from you in one way or another, why give us more speed only to cap it

i've never really been effected by the caps when i was on 20. only people that will be are people sharing alot of media. plus the limted upload speed is still faster then your getting now so why is everyone moaning about FREE upgrades

Not to sound satirical etc, but have you reset your modem yet? Perhaps you still have to pick up the new docsis file.
