Very unhappy with the broadband and the service

I was expecting to warned by a mod to not spam or anything. So im trying it in a normal way again.

 

Best example of my situation:

 

Today I tried to have a Skype conference around midday. I was not really a part of this conference because my connection (not to the router) dropped about 5 times in 15 minutes.

I had a technician in my house and he installed a superhub. It was like its supposed to be for about 2 days and then the same issues started again.

I basically tried everything. Deactivating the firewall, deactivating ip flood, using static IPs, changing broadcasting channel, unsecure the broadcasting, having the power levels checked, called the service, getting poor solutions.

Now im trying to get heard of my problem because Im not willing to pay for something I am not receiving. It is like a car you would have bought but its not driving or its just sometimes driving. You would take this car to the dealer and get a new one or make him repair it. But Virgin ist not giving any solutions other than telling you this will be fixed at some date, but it is not happening.

 

I am really sad and angry about this and I don't know what to do. Please help!
