Got a letter today saying I can have the superhub upgrade, just log onto my virginmedia and click the link. Only problem is the link doesn't work! Tried all afternoon and just getting the 'opps! somethings broken' message.
Anyone else having this issue?

I ordered my upgrade this way, it said quickstart self install, and gave me a date that the superhub would arrive as well as an order number and order confirmation. I printed that off. The date came and went, no superhub. Phoned them, they had no record of the order at all despite the system giving me an order number and a date. Furthermore they said it had to be an engineer install, not a self install, so I then had to book and engineer's visit. Best to just do it over the phone as suggested above
