If they didn't give or confirm a F00 number then the date was irrelevant/not applicable to yours.

It often takes some weeks to get even an initial estimated date back from Planning/Networks due to complexity and/or other co-lateral upgrades/maintenance work that may be in hand.  :smileysad:

Hi rawiswaruk,

 

Apologies for the delay in a response to your posts in this thread.

 

Having checked the network in your area, I can see that there has been network upgrade work recently, alleviating an instance of high upstream utilisation. As a result, can you confirm if you are still seeing the same problems please?
