Hello, Im on 10mb broadband my area Ref is 30.
It seems to be only at peak times that I am getting unstable internet. I cant stream video's or even play multiplayer games.
I can still get the max speeds (ie on speedtest).
Its been like this for the past few weeks
Im getting to the point where Im gonna cancel my broadband, as I cant use the **bleep** thing

Ok so just been on the phone to virgin. All they did was say everything looks ok from there end. Then get me to Restart my router and pc. Lets not forget change my wifi settings. EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HER I DONT USE MY WIFI ONLY LAN
She now asked if she could ring me back tomorrow morning? I told her I dont have an issue with my internet in the morning, so I have to ring virgin again thursday evening.
Im just going to cancel my direct debit, and go with sky. Might not be as fast round here but the service is stable as a rock

Hi rawiswaruk,
I have checked your connection and can see that utilisation has been spiking in the evenings. We shall continue to monitor this with a view to passing to our network team is if it continues to degrade or increases in periods.

Hi rawiswaruk,
I have checked your connection and can see that you are affected by a local upstream utilisation issue on your chassis (local router) which will cause your speed to slow during busy periods. This issue has now been raised to our Planning team who will be publishing a fix date for this issue as soon as possible. The reference for this issue is F001719095. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing you.

Hello, thanks for the reply. Will I be contacted to when this will be fixed? Typically how long does it take to get fixed and everything running as it should?
Thank you
