So for the last few months now my online gaming has been completely destroyed. Having now being forced to pull out of my clan leagues, no longer able to raid on World of Warcraft, no longer able to participate in KZ3 and BF3 with friend.
I have been given three different dates of a 100% fix and still nothing has been done. I have had several engineers of the last 12 months turn up, and all they do is put a 6db metal thing on the superhub.. or take it off. Makes absolutely NO difference.
It is INSTANT aswell, at precisely 4:45 every single day without fail, my ping will shoot up to a minimum of 55 on pingtest, with an average jitter of 31, maxing at about 240 ping and 67 jitter. As you can imagine, absolutely unplayable.
I have virgin TV, Phone and Internet so i have been reluctant to move, especialy as BT Inifnity is not available until December 2012. I live in the DA1 Postal Area and have been informed of "high utilization". This i find completly unacceptable. I have already contacted the ISPA and Watchdog and want some ACTION done immediately by Virgin as these "mystery" 100% fix dates are just not acceptable anymore. I took your internet service as you DECLARED that your ISP was the BEST for gaming, boasting the LOWEST ping and LAG FREE gaming. Since ive learnt that WATCHDOG forced you to remove this from your website as it was just a load of old tosh.
If you want all the ping info from pingtest or ping traceroute, or thinkbroadband info, i have it, i can give you all the power levels and show you that it is ALL within the boundaries that Virgin engineers expect.
Get this SORTED or i will be forced to buy a potato and use that for my internet needs.

guess virgin or nobody cares... guess its BT Infinity for me in december... think il close my tv and phone line aswell.. virgin customer service is a disgrace!
