I recently upgraded to 30Mb broadband and was given a superhub. Since then I cannot get a stable connection on my iPhone 4. The connection drops every few minutes making it unusable. I stream and record a radio show every night (well I used to) but since the "upgrade" it constantly says Connecting or Buffering and if it connects at all the connection drops after 5 minutes at the most. The connection is more stable on 3G!
I have Googled the problem and tried changing the wireless N settings to upto 54Mbps as some support forums suggest but the problem is still exactly the same. Even if this did work, it effectivly halves the speed my laptop can acheive! All wireless settings are correct.
It is also impossible to stream other services through the iPhone on my connection, such as SkyGo. My laptop connection, although still sometimes patchy, is much more stable and rarely drops out.
Please help, this is an absolute joke. I had no issues on my 5+ year old wireless and have had no other issues in anyone elses houses using their WiFi.

First of all I would advise to pinhole reset the Superhub. This may just be a setting that needs to be restored.
If this fails, please ensure that you have no static IP set on either device.
With regards to any credit/bill alteration we are unable to discuss account or billing information on the forums you will need to call 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0845 454 1111.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

since i think the super hub has gone to R36 I cannot update any app's on my iphone 4 or iPads?
disaster as they just repeatedly try to load and fail halfway thus cannot be opened. Happens to app apple devices so far wifi and wired.
R36 and hardware 2.0
please advise- it had been just fine for previous 4 months?

Isn't your iPhone app update issue the same as the general R36 download corruption issue?
Virgin have a fix in beta test for the download corruption issue. If you want to join the beta testing to hopefully fix your issue, then follow the link below and send a PM to Mark:-
