Hi everyone,
I've been having trouble with my Virgin Media XL upload speed, being much slower than usual. I usually get around 3 megabits per second, however today, while I was out, I found that I was unable to access anything at a reasonable speed (I tried accessing a webpage, a folder via FTP, and a video, to see if it was working). I have a VPN set up, FTP access to my Mac, a Subsonic music server, and a number of websites hosted through the connection, and all usually work very well, but speed tests are showing that my upload speed has dropped significantly (about 700kbps).

With all that stuff running you could be getting traffic managed.
Edit now you have added that this dont look right
Max Traffic Rate - 833300 bps
That is less than 1mb

there has been an ongoing problem with the upstream config file, i have had this problem for the past 2 weeks
due to resegmentation work in my area,
my max traffic rate was 0 bps and i had virtualy no upload at all
this has now been sorted, how long for i dont know,
just i thought that you could be suffering from the same fault
see my post
