I'm am still having slow speeds! Not to mention my area is meant to be getting the upload speed increase today, but still hasn't happened.

I'm sorry to hear you were having speed issues on the 12th. Can you advise if that is still the case ?

I have checked your cable segment and can confirm that utilisation has not gone above 35% in the last 72 hours from posting this. Also, SNR has been fine in that time period.

Hi Adam,

At the moment download speed seems to be ok (9.86 Mbps). But as I understand it, my area was meant to get the upload speed increase from 0.5 Mbps to 1 Mbps on the 12th April. I'm still only getting 0.49 Mbps upload.

Why did this upgrade not go ahead?

Hi Ninko, 

The upload speeds are going to be doubled just as soon as everyone's download speeds are doubled. 

The plan is for upload speeds to equal 10% of a Users Download speeds. I'm sorry you have not seen this increase with your upload speeds yet, all I can advise at this time is that your upload speeds will double but I cannot guarantee a date for completion of this.
