UPDATE PLEASE!

i know it's Christmas & all but it's been nearly a month since you said you'd update us on this repair...

...that you said would be fixed by the 3rd of December.

This is getting beyond a joke, paying £30 a month for an unusable service.

I can confirm that this issue was fixed the same day I posted last (7th December). Can you please confirm you are still having issues. If you are please post from you Virgin Media connection as this will make it easier to locate your details.
