Slow inet speeds constantly

Is there an estimate time for a fix on this issue, it seems like nothing is being done about this at all!

To be quite honest, I'm very close to going to another ISP. I've had this issue since day one in my new house and the company you work for are expecting a payment for a heavily restricted service.

We're in a recession here! If you want my money, I think I should get something in return!!

This is nothing against the forum team, I just think VM and the customer should be fair. As in, we pay the bill and VM actually provide what they are taking the money for!

I hope someone from the forum team can check this out for me, I'd be very greatful, thanks.

Can a member of VM please check the fault reference number to see whether ot not the issue has been fixed, please?

I only ask, as it's a bank holiday weekend and everyone must be at home and my internet seems to be working fine!

If the issue has not been fixed, could you please provide a fix date for this?

Scrap that post... It seems while writing a few lines, my internet has gone back to being a VM 30mb line( dial-up )...

I have checked the reference F001827829 and the estimated fix date is 29-AUG-2012 ( this is subject to change ).

Changed the settings on mine to 5ghz and it works great
