Is it possible for the forum team to arrange for a config file to be correctly updated or do I have to sit of the phone for a ridiculous amount of time to speak to tech support? Any support gratefully received.
Do you have a Shub,VMDG280 Hub or a legacy SACM ala Ambit25x or earlier? If it's not a Shub then it's possible VM may have plans not to release updated config files for your specific modem(& particularly earlier models) but replace your existing unit first?.
If you also disclose your CMTS >MyUBR there's a remote chance someone on same chassis may be able to confirm whether they have received SpeedDoubling uplift for same Hub/CM you have?

Sorry to hear you have been having an issue with your connection. I have checked the config file and can see that the correct file has been sent.
