I have a 50 mb line and since about 3 to 4 weeks the Internet speed has continued to decline significantly. Currently simple youtube films do not load smoothly. Large Internet emails require more time than previously.
I have several times restarted the modem and access point with absolute no effect. During the day the speed is slightly better but anything after 16:00 is very poor. The performance is actually no where near the performance several weeks ago.
The Internet status was always good but from my perspective if this is not rectified I see no reason to pay the higher 50MB rates for what? I also find it rather frustrating that the virgin media portal does not have a listing for a support call.
