Re: Pinhole reset doesn't restore hub to factory default

After doing the reset shouldn't you need be going to 192.168.0.1 as it will then be in router mode?

Re: Pinhole reset doesn't restore hub to factory default

I think there is a secondary fail safe factory default reset but to do this you must unplug the main cable then have to hub powered for a long time 10 -20 mins for it to detect no cable and resets itself.

Not that I'm happy about it doing this should it work.

From low to high of Super Hub all I wanted was a modem not the VMDG280 (which back then is only what I would have gotten).
The more that use modem mode the more we need IPv6: Pingtest, 20Mb BB M, BQM, Gateway On/Off show, Outgoing ports test

Re: Pinhole reset doesn't restore hub to factory default

Hi imiig16,

Are you still experiencing an issue with this? If you are unable to log into the Superhub and cannot factory reset via the pinhole, we will need to replace this for you.
Kind Regards,

Oliver C
