We must be on different boxes then because mines been pretty good (not great) since I posted.

 

Ive been told numerous times that the whole area is getting upgraded so we can only hope.

 

I would have left VM months ago if I could afford it. Gfinterwebs let me know what you get as compensation as I might give it a shot too!!!

 

Still seem to be getting packet loss though:

Hi CallumHenderson,

 

I have checked your local router (UBR) and can see that there are periods of high load which will cause your speed to slow. If this load continues to increase this will be passed to our network teams to look at ways to alleviate some of the load.
