Network Access Denied

[ Edited ]

Hi Virgin

Yesterday (28 Nov) internet was very very slow (it had been for two days) so I reset (to default) the cable modem at http://192.168.100.1/ and this caused my internet connection to disappear. Its gone - totally.

It now says Network Access: Denied.

and

Connectivity State: Not synchronized

The cable modem just is blinking the sync light and nothing more. I live in ref area 03.

I've turned it off and on. Turned it off overnight but still no use. It just won't connect.

Please help
