i have logged into My Virgin Media and am unable to access any of my apps as they are unavailable download as apparently my service is terminating. I have tried to contact customer services by phone but am repeatedly cut off, with message "you have pressed and invalid key" which of course i have not. I am just waiting patiently to speak to someone and then am cut off. So i hope someone on here can sort the issue out and validate my apps.

Sorry you're experiencing problems when trying to contact us about this issue, however in order to resolve the problem you will need to give us a call on 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone.

Actually i did call on the 1st May, (with the usual hassles of being cut off etc several times but thankfully i persevered) after posting the issue with No access to my apps. Its now the 7th May and still my access has not been restored. Funny how i have to chase you guys to sort problems out that you caused, whether its my apps or poor speed, you would think you would know about the problems your responsible for especially as they are plastered all over these boards repetitively.

Due to the nature of the problem the only solution would be to call our customer support team on 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 08454541111 from any other phone.
This is not a fault that we will be able to do over the forum due to the data protection act.
